Do I have a prejudice against Karantzis? Yep. Do I think he’s a Man of decent character. Nup. Do I think he cares about the shareholders? Nup. Except himself or a few others in his immediate circle. I’ve had direct experience with him, I know Lakspur and Edmond’s experience very well. In their case, they simply want the performance shares they were promised and are rightfully owed. They seeded Isignthis way back prior to listing and Karantzis has simply screwed them. A founder screwing his seed investors is abhorrent. Their case is Feb 13, 2025 and in my very well informed view they are a shoe in. And if that is the case it’s going to be a shocking credibility issue for Karantzis again.
Do I think he’s built a pretty good business? Yes I think so. Do I now hope to make some good profit soon? Of course yes. Do I need to like the bloke? Nup.
