    A consortium had the numbers,Mr Craig resigned because he would not have been re-elected and Mr Brimage was voted off the board.

    A reason given was underperformance in share price compared to other aussie shale players such AUT,TXN,AZZ,SSN,SEA.

    Interesting- may 2011 bring the success we all anticipate.
