I think we need to wait for more information before condemning the Company. From recent announcements it is hard to believe the company is in urgent need of cash for day to day running costs. If it is then I am out because information flow from company has been misleading. IMO a cash shortage for that reason would more likely be via a general SP.
I hope is is a Capital raising to sophisticated investors to facilitate a ramp up in production - more assembly lines etc. This would also be a huge vote of confidence in Company by those investors.
