very standard in current circumstance buyers are people willing to bet either another bid will land or pls will stay above 2.85 or go higher and they skim 5% if - sellers are people who think it's done and just want to take it and invest elsewhere
it's not going to trade materially higher than say 19.5 unless a bit lands it pls shares rise
