It need a news of China announcing huge infrastructure spending, Tarif's for exports of the table and/or another disaster with Vale in Brazil. If you just sit patient, the reward will be great. The demand of steel will not go away, the pollution control will become more important, when economic headwinds ease. History will repeat itself.
