Must admit I thought this was going down the ol, "The share price is cheap, so why not strike NOW?" path, but wanted to be sure, so that's why I asked.

If I may, please indulge me and forget that she bought at $3 from many here who sold to her.

IF it's not the "cheap share price, then what's the hurry?

Anyone wanting LTR will have to knock on her door, so she (Hancock Prospecting), will probably know what's happening with LTR long before we at HC will.

However, I really wish to address the urgency elephant in the room and my take is why now?

Future looking RIO's CEO recently said, "...don't care what today's lithium price is...", so it cannot be because the share price is cheap.

That does NOT reflect the true asset value of LTR.

Say the real estate value drops in your neighbourhood and the vultures circle offering to purchase your house at todays market value?




My guess is that the majority will slam their door, exclaiming, "It's NOT for sale".

Same for Liontown.

We are financial, in production; with customers on the books and shipping product, so no pressure.





But I guess you could argue that because of the above, we are looking very desirable - "boop-boop-a-doop".
