can you explain why do you think CHR has high chance of goin into administration or heavily dilution if they don't accept what CXO is offering?
does CHR need funding to drilling (Lake Johnston)? no. , they are fully funded until DFS stage
with $3.3m cash on hand at end of last quarter and drilling cost will be fund by RTX
they don't need to raise more capital and no heavy dilution
