So RA if I read this correctly there are three options that may occur as a result of the legal action.

1. The government does not front the judge Wednesday based on the fact that they will be severely reprimanded for their lack of action and therefore NSW makes their decision known to Husic and we move on

2. The government fronts up on Wednesday and the judge flys into a fit of rage and orders them to make their call ASAP or into mediation to resolve the matter.

3. The judge simply lists the matter for a hearing in the next few months at which time both parties present their case.

If anyone has other options that may take place please feel free to list them as I have missed it.

Due to my PTSD I’m still not allowing myself to get to excited about Wednesday but I do hope at the absolute very least we get some direction in terms of what comes next
