On Wednesdays hearing, the judge will only know the plaintiff's side.

Ie. There will be no defence.

On the surface, the judge sees 4 years wait and no prohibitive factors.

The respondent may ask for more time, but that should be done prior to Wednesdays hearing via consent with the applicant.

Timeliness and rule's are UN believable. There is no wiggle room. I know first hand this.

If on Wednesday there is no contest, the judge will most likely find in the applicants favour, find the respondent guilty of administrative negligence and order 45 days.

The other is the respondent, does not contest and advises the court they decide.

There would be a directions hearing within 45 days to make sure. .
