Ingredients - serves 2 8 chicken loins 1 bunch asparagus 1 avacado 1 crisp red apple gourmet lettuce
saute chicken loins in a little oil and garlic. when cooked remove from pan and add asparagus, lightly saute. place lettuce on plate followed by asparagus, then finely sliced apple, then lay on the chicken and sliced avacado on top.
Drizzle over a dressing made with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons squeezed orange juice, 1/2 finely grated orange peel and 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar.
Enjoy it also looks nice if you want to impress someone.
