To be fair they've probably had their hands full attending two issues simultaneously: firstly discussions with concerned major stakeholders how best to proceed and secondly the statement release (whatever it is) has to be approved by lawyers, remembering MRAG and other groups will be laser focused upon the release also. From the posts I've read, resubmission should be complete inside twelve months and a new consent issued: little comfort for shareholders that bought in at 15.5 cents (especially if a rally happens during the interim) and higher but there it is.
