Each to their own of course but I find it compelling that australian residential property prices have risen much more than inflation or wages.
    Can it continue?
    Maybe.

    But I don't believe so.

    More pain is coming imho.

I am reducing my direct exposure to property in an orderly fashion until only my single solitary residence is left.

This will take me another 2-3 months.

Tax free to hold for as long as I want, and no concern then about it's valuation as I own it, and you have to live somewhere.

    Be careful..........
