There could be a chance that Management is selling us out , small chance. This is what they do, Management gets a take over offer with ridiculous perks they can't turn down. The share price gets suppress for the first low ball offer, Management advices share holders to accept the offer because they are running out of money and could get delisted if the offer isn't accepted. I have had this happen before, things are very similar at the moment with IXR, our IP is very valued at the momment many Companies would want to by that, we definitely won't get delisted it complicates the IP . I'M not saying its whats going to happen but someone continues to sell shares at .07 and buying back at .08 for a loss , our price gets suppress for that low off , I hope not .
