Cheers Spartan , yep , what you say there " this appeal could've been dismissed with a condition imposed on the consent regarding the power " is exactly what I wouldve hoped for , I've got to admit the fact that it didnt happen that way when it easily shouldve ( in my opinion ) makes me a bit pressimistic now. Not that I want to be !
The other thing I'm a bit sad about is , sure the company secured a bit of funding recently ( hopefully it will stay around , maybe it theres opt out clauses then maybe it wont ) but its just going to chew through the money repreparing a submission and fighting the agitators at Bingman. If they cant mine in the efficient way they were planning then it really is going to take a miraculous lift in silver price to make the project a go'er again
