By now, they should have 18M cash on hand, in three years time, they will probably generate another 24M cash(only if the pearl price maintain its current price level, no upside or down side), that is a total of 42M cash, equal to current market cap.
If I want to buy out a business, I will buy a business like ATP. People always love pearl and that culture has lasted for thousand years and will not change in next 100 years. If I am Warren Buffett, I will send a proposal to ATP.
