I have paid over $500,000 for my long suffering investment in ADY and yes I of course carry a huge current loss.
I was unaware of the Hebei Wenfeng Group offer until yesterday 25th Nov 2010 when I collected the letter from Hebei which was sent to my parents.
I am shocked!
I do not believe I was given any indications of this offer from the Admiralty Board.
I wish answers and I ask the question:
Who is responsible for this ommission ?
Im currently feeling sick that ADY has not let me know of the details of this offer.
Were they required to let the Shareholders know?
If not why not?
What can now be done I wonder.
I will be asking the Board for a response.
