Given that we're currently at the market's bottom, this deal appears exceptionally promising. It provides ample time for market conditions to improve before finalizing the mine interests. Notably, this is the most advantageous agreement with a major company compared to other Ontario projects.
Unfortunately, this deal has been agreed during a market downturn. However, we are in a good position when the market recovers and will be well advanced to other plays in Ontario.
