so here we go .....last constitution of Yuogoslavia was in 1974 .....was imposed by the governemnt of the country which was not elected amongst other things it made Tito Presdient for life
the people themselves had no say in that constitution but they had their say in the 1980's and that was the end of Yugoslavia and Serbian domination .
