If the Board and Senior Management were not competent enough to manage regulatory risk in the Westminster based legal system of Australia and avoid suspension from the regulator, ASX, that operates in one of the most transparent jurisdiction in the world that they say should be the most familiar to them, do they really believe the shareholders think they should be trusted to undertake project development in Foreign jurisdictions with at worst, the opaque currupt legal frameworks of Eritrea with supposedly(numerous online sources), disfunctional regulatory systems or at best in unproven Sharia Law jurisdicitions with untested, unknown regulatory frameworks like Saudi....can someone please tell them "they must be dreaming"!!
There are better projects in Canada, US, Aus and EU suited to DNK funds- but better still wind it up.
