...I can only hope for a good takeover bid after the court case is been settled, the company is still profitable but only, as we knowledge this week as BD wishes... they now will be freely under control of Synlait and A2M sadly... we can be blinded how many companies they already had been "rescued" by these tactics.. after supposedly bad management decisions, who knows perhaps intentionally... Now they will not sell any businesses of Synlait.. their plan is working.. getting control and for 60c a share... I remember used to be over 10? ...now they are coming for A2M...
