It did say court date is to be finalised.
So the court is going through with both NSW and Federal, only NOPTA not required.
I'd say court date could be first week of November?
From the 14th October, papers are to be submitted by the dates every week of a certain type.
So Oct 14, 21 and 28th as the last submission date.
The end is finally in sight!!!
It's a good result as we're not in the dark anymore!
Discovery papers to be given to court, will government risk their corruption or finally give the approval before they start with submissions??!!
That will be very interesting!!!
