The agreement (or something close to it) for a consent order was probably in place before today. They have been communicating since 5th August no doubt.
So... the final comment from todays Court 'Hearing' is:
WE have passed the first milestone.
The JA must defend this case infront of a judge and the judge must decide(ie time frame or not) - or agree to another consent order (which hopefully will require a decision in 45 days) - or MAYBE make a DECISION before the next court dates/hearing etc etc
