I see you view there and its crazy to think that all the states in the US have different requirements i would think that Zips legal team would be on the front foot on this and would have the required license's in sight, the CFPB will be working with bnpl companies on this requirement, the payment landscape is evolving rapidly and when there's competition to the banks these intuitions like CFPB are trying to keep up. Zips management need to be on the front foot with all this regularity differences, just another hurdle for BNPL to jump over.
