Despite 5 of Putin;s regime who are wanted war criminals of which 3 are wanted for deliberate strikes on civilian infrastructure, despite 2k deliberate attacks of hospitals and medical facilities, despite 130k documented war crimes of which 12k are civilian murders, you say Putin doesn't deliberate target civilians.

In spite of all the evidence that shows Putin targets civilians as a part of his war strategy, you and your proprietary "outrage meter" know better and Putin is in fact the good guy.

Here is your post, your own words, just the other day, again saying you think Putin does not deliberately target civilians.

The evidence overwhelmingly says otherwise.
