Croatia (and others) declaring independence from Serbian fascism is not the same as Russia invading and annexing Ukrainian territory Lucky.

Pretty obvious to everyone.

The only thing common between Serbia's fascism then and Russia's now is both Serbia and Russia have invaded neighbouring countries to prevent their independence and have perpetrated depraved crimes against humanity in doing so.

These invasions re the only reasons for these wars Lucky. Your imagination saying otherwise has no material effect on the truth.

You want to show me where in the constitution it says Serbian forces can genocide over 8000 unarmed Bosnian men and boys and dump their bodies in mass graves?

I am curious as to what your constitution says about that.
