So where in your constitution, or anyone's constitution for that matter, does it say it is ok for Serbian forces to perpetrate the worst crimes against humanity, including genocide of over 8000 unarmed Bosnian men and boys, since Hitler?

I am curious since you seem to be our resident constitutional expert, where does it say it is constitutional for Serbian forces to do this?
