When Helloworld sold its corporate business to CTD it received $100m in cash and $75 in shares, at that time HLO then held 2.5% of CTD.
Currently CTD ownership list shows HLO now owns 1840000 shares or 1.27% of CTD which should acquire the CTD dividend.
On that basis HLO has less exposure to CTD than it did in December 2021 when CTD shares were worth circa $21, seemingly having sold down its holding over time!
I continue to acquire HLO as I believe its true value is circa $3.4 with a forward PE of only circa 10.
