Yes cap raise is not over and that's why it has not gone past the cap raise price, but it had a good recovery today. Not many buyers because the big buyers are buying on the cap raise. How hard will it be to buy $15000 worth of shares on market without making the SP skyrocket.

If you can't see any future for this company best thing would be to sell now and recoup what ever you can. It's your money you can do whatever you want with it, but many other investors would do this if they would not have trust in a company
