Like I have been saying all along, it will be settled and the lawyers will get a nuisance payment (Post #:73200995 Post #:73167458 ) etc, which will leave very little for shareholders just like the USA class action did.
I do find it ironic though how the naysayers who claimed the class action would be the end for Mesoblast now want to somehow paint the resolution of the class action as a negative as well ?
