I read SA Whyalla steel is closing down its coking coal furnace because of a approx a month delay in 'overseas' coking coal imports.
Not bluescope steel,but while i;m posting you say BSL gets its coking coal from up the road.Clearly they have concerns about future supply hence the refurbishing of their coal port kembla import facility for QLD coal. What I don't understand is when you say up the road,why not up the rail to malabar in preference to QLD shipping coal to kembla terminal.?
