Well I read it....
so the options will expire and after the shareholders meeting.... the options holders 'may' be offered 1:1 at $0 cost??
Apart from the COST of these new options... which I do not see anything in this announcement:
THIS IS A GREAT RESULT - IF the shareholders APPROVE!!!!!!!!!..

And hopefully ALL shareholders will see and do the right thing due to the current situation with the JA!!!!!!
