The change of branch ownership makes it more aligned to other bank operating models so simpler to compare over time. This issue was seen as a reason why BEN might not make a takeover given the different operating models. Might help to make it more attractive to a potential m&a suitor IMO. Second is about business growth over medium term with cost in short term and third is about cost reduction. The first one in my view is the major announcement and I see BOQ being a target over time for a takeover then this will help SP over the medium term. IMO.
