My 2 cents is that everyone whinged and complained at the last CR because poor old retail didn't get a chance to buy nor granted those long term options. To me, those options look like the next most obvious stop gap for funding shortfall i.e., those same soph's, Tim, Brett would exercise, out of the money, to prop up what they know to be a good thing in the short term, before they sell VMM, or have to tap the market again. IMO those last two ideas are just so against the grain of whatever longer term strategy they are trying to execute right now.
