    I am not looking for reasons to fail, Im heavily invested but have my eye on any risks that can send the SP collapsing...

    EVs are not the only consumer of Graphite. - correct, but does the world really need RNU if EV's are out of the picture? Is there enough demand for RNU to get the price they projected in the BAM to make the entire NAV they proposed realistic? Is the SP going to be valued at 60c or 15c? This is not legitimate concern?
