Unfortunately, shareholders have proof and a number of confirmed examples of GIBSON lying.
If things get nasty, these examples can certainly come to light under oath in a court of law. We are not scared.
Anyhow, it's also apparent that lying is not the worst of it, but I won't say anything more on that !!! We will just use it if and when we need.
