The most interesting thing about today's AGM was the presence of Chuck Ellison - first time I have seen him at any meeting in 10 yrs (i didn't think he existed) - apparently staying in the melb for next 12 months to make it work.

the partner in Jab 2 is "major aus co" and we should know name next week? They think because of the status of "partner", NBN will be hard not to get involved.

Looks like if NWT is to retain 100% of Jab 1 they will need to raise equity of $100m by 2012-2013 - they have no chance if they try to raise today on current SP.
