A fair price may not be what you thinking Pirate. Kingsgate bought this from Silver Standard in 2011 for $75 believing 80 million ounces were retrievable. Silver Mines purchased it from Kingsgate for $20m in 2016. In the intervening years poking around taking samples and all manner of surveying has revealed the total is now reasonably 275 million ounces (of silver). I’m no geologist or commercial banker but I know a little of trading. You won’t see a 4 cent price or a market cap of $40 mill.
