financial abuse is part of a psychology that places women in a subordinate role. this is the key root problem.
its a cultural matter generally, but its a culture of patronising superiority of the perpetrator (M or F doesn't matter.)
so how do we change the culture where boys are raised to think they are superior and girls to think they need a "strong man"? when considering F superiority simply reverse the gender..... it still fits.
