Agree, Paul is basically working for shares over the last few years and plus putting in some savings too with the 500k last year. I really hope that his faith in PAM and the projects pays off well for him. Regardless of how people are feeling on PAM, it is very tough to put 100% of yourself and income into a business without any guarantees. Seeing his share company's price continuously drop impacting long term shareholders despite putting in his best effort and what he thinks is best for the company would also be a very challenging experience.
