P90 of 4.8 billion barrels (which is ridiculously massive), free carried into the first well then 25% interest after that.

My ultra conservative back of the envelope calcs for the p90 still gets me to an sp way way north of 0.007. With the drill early feb - why sell. Could go 10c pre spud imo.
