I was very disappointed with the outcome, this was my initial response.

I have given the matter more thought and am now positive.

There is no doubt that NOPTA have given their recoomendation to the JA and NOPTA have recomended approval.

We now have definite timelines and on October 14 a hearing date will be set. Justice Jackson has given both parties plenty of time to file and submit and make any supplementary submissions. There will not be any excuses for either party to ask for more time, when 14 October comes along.

There is a chance that the hearing date will be this year.

We do know that we are on a more certain path now.

The other aspect is that MMR have enough time to do a CR, re-list then trade before the final decision.

The decsion on the OB's will have many sleeping very well tonight.

There still exisists an opportunity for the Government to agree to a timeframe for a decision through out of court agreements.

A listen to the court transcript would be interesting.
