Inca's problem started a long time back when we were controlled by management that had no real idea about money management, or any other type of management for that matter.
Even in recent times we raised a substantial amount that was wasted almost overnight on trying to emulate big company "best practice".
Things can change pretty quickly with the right people and the company is at a point where it can only try to keep going forward.
I know from your posts exactly why you are down and frustrated and many older holders are also in the same boat.
When I was a kid 70 years ago we used to like building canoes out of galvanized roofing iron but they always had heaps of holes in them.
We always took with us a jam tin full of thick clay to try to plug the holes.
Kinda reminds me of Inca now. lol
