Serbian forces invading Croatia and Bosnia isn't a civil war Cosmo. No one forced Serbia to invade independent and free countries and perpetrate depraved crimes against humanity in the process. That was Serbia's decision all on their own. How'd it work out for them? Ending up a coastline and Kosov free rump state seems like justice imo.
