So who was actually in charge in the months leading up to the withdrawal. One would think that if all was not in order leading up to the withdrawal the person “in charge” would modify the plan?
Also did the BOM’s plan allow for leaving the Americans and others that the USA promised to protect behind after they abandoned the air base? Just asking for a friend.
