Crom/Andy/Milo is intentionally ignoring the fact that the unconstitutional and therefore illegal independence declaration from a federation was the trigger for the civil war. He knows what happened back then, but he keeps chucking Serbia in the mix, even though his motherland did not succeed from Serbia and it did not breach the Serbian constitution. He knows it, so he needs to move on and bark at the different tree.

He is still disputing the hard fact of the unconstitutional removal of the legitimate Ukrainian government back in 2014, even though the evidence is overwhelming. As @Okceg said recently, Andy is incapable of admitting the obvious, but that might be the clause in his employment contract. Cheers.
