Someone out of China.

The Chinese love Africa.

African governments generally do not object to their involvement or investment. There has been some flare ups over the years but they are well and truely entrenched in Africa

The Chinese need heavies.

Makuutu's basket, although not Tier 1 , has a good concentration of heavies.

Its a large and advanced project.

This is not a lock mind you, just my thoughts.

As for value, I have no idea what it could be worth, particularly when incorporating the Africa and 'we need cash now' desperation discounts.

But I think there is a market for this type of resource, and the Chinese would be front runners for it.
