someone just bought $82k@3c on the open..., page-22

any chance of raising the level of discussion. Whilst I might agree with some of what redgkey says I wouldn't bother to post it because it is so low level. And irrelevant if the company is sitting on what it thinks it is!. (more importantly what I think it is)

I'm more interested in some discussion about important issues, as I have raised before but which have been ignored by most posters.

The company is seeking approval at the AGM to issue 50% of it's current capital ie 200 mil shares with 200 mil free options (convertible at 2c in 2 years!!!!) Think about it! If the shares were worth 7c now what would you think about free options convertible at 2c in 2013. Pretty good value eh?

Who do you think is going to get those shares? Do you think anyone has a reason to keep the price down at the moment?

I think, if say 100 mil of those shares were issued to shareholders at the going rate (with slight discount) and free options attached convertible at 2c then the company stands a great chance of raising millions for an aggressive exploration program. I'd be buying now!!

I'll talk about this again later but please consider some of these more serious matters rather than the garbage I have been reading lately!
