Your points would only be valid if BPH were a mature company that was self sustaining did not have any need to raise capital to fund its operations, it is not such a company, yet. Dilution is par for the course for small caps like BPH, you should not be in such a company and complain about it. It'll be the norm until we get our operations up and can get free cash flows to the point where CRs will no longer be necessary. If dilution is your concern, you really shouldn't be a shareholder of BPH right now. Just exit your position and wait a few years, then re-enter when the conditions are right.
