Corruption comes in all forms the teals for example are not a political party but vote as a block in parliament because the seemingly share similar values, or should I say share similar vested interests in the wealthy suburbs. Their objective is to keep renewables out of their territory (wealthy estates) and dump it in the oceans or farmlands something they have never likely seen. Glorious acres of agriculture in the sunset, beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the oceans.

Absolutely, but buying off individual politicans would be way expensive as compared to buying off a couple of party heads who then dictate what the subordinates do at the peril of losing their 'pre-selection'. Might not be the perfect solution but it would better than what we have now.
