Don't think it's unusual with rock chips. Checking something like Azure they also had numbers missing and jumping between announcement and many poor samples but also some good ones.
Rock chips are what they are. I think you can safely assume if SUM didn't post them they didn't show much. They did post a more thorough sample table previously which had some duds. All companies with good rock chips will have many duds. Rock chips are nothing amazing but far better to have samples with good grades than all samples showing nothing. If all samples are blanks you would likely not even bother drilling.
